WILMINGTON AIR PARK WELCOMES NEW TENANT Schuerger Law Offices to operate Call Center
WILMINGTON, OH – FEBRUARY 22, 2017 – The Wilmington Air Park recently added another new tenant, bringing a new employer and new job opportunities to the community. The Law Offices of Robert A. Schuerger Co., LPA has leased 4,400 square feet of office space in the Air Park’s Administration Building. The space will house both legal services and a call center operation for the law firm. The lease term is approximately five years, with a five-year renewal option.
“We are happy to be here – we searched several locations, in multiple communities. The space at the Air Park is just what we needed, and the Clinton County Port Authority has been a very collaborative partner. We’re pleased that we’re already finding a talented labor pool in Clinton County,” said James Sisto, Schuerger Law’s Chief Legal Officer.
Initially, the office operation will employ approximately 10 people, with growth potential up to 50. The Port Authority has undertaken a variety of tenant improvements to the space to be leased by Schuerger Law, to including construction of a new wall, installation of additional security cameras, and other improvements.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Schuerger Law Offices to the Wilmington Air Park and pleased to be able to meet their space needs,” said Clinton County Port Authority Executive Director Dan Evers. “We are equally excited about the opportunity to diversify our employment base at the Air Park, and facilitate a different type of job opportunity for our community’s residents.” The secure environment offered at the Air Park as well as the community’s U.S. SBA HubZone designation were factors in the decision to locate at the Air Park. The first set of new employees began training at the Air Park in late January. The call center operation will become active in mid-February.
